The DRC became a beneficiary of the IF in 2008, and by April 2009, the IF in-country architecture had been completed. The DRC undertook a Diagnostic Trade Integration Study ("DTIS") with support from the World Bank and ITC, which was validated in July 2010. Under the EIF, the DRC has submitted a draft Tier 1 proposal.
