Expanded production and value addition powering Solomon Islands' food exports

Since 2019, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, with support from the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), has been implementing the “Enhancing Capacity for Agriculture Trade” (ECAT) project across Solomon Islands. The Ministry of Health and Medical Services, and that of agriculture and livestock, are also involved.

Rebecca Fisher-Lamb

Rebecca Fisher Lamb is the Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative, in Economic Affairs at the UK Mission to the UN and WTO, Geneva.

Having completed her studies at Bristol University in Sociology and Politics, she has been a civil servant for over 15 years with leading roles in trade, business, education, EU and international affairs.  Prior to starting her current role in Geneva this year, Rebecca worked at the Department for International Trade, as Her Majesty's Deputy Trade Commissioner for Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. Rebecca was the lead UK negotiator for Services and Digital trade for over five years covering both bilateral and multilateral negotiations. She has also held several positions at Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
