Irina Zodrow
Irina is head of Partnerships, Communications and Resource Mobilization at the Enhanced Integrated Framework. Prior to joining EIF, Irina served as Head of Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement at the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). In this position, she led and coordinated the engagement with partners from the private, financial and trade sectors, NGOs, scientists and Parliamentarians in support of resilient sustainable development and economic growth. Prior to this, she worked in external relations, resource mobilization, policy development and project management at UNDRR, UNECE, UNOCHA and UNOG. She has published in various journals, books and reports; most recently she was engaged in the development of the World Trade Report 2021. Before joining the UN, Irina worked a commercial lawyer in Germany and Australia. Irina holds a Master of Laws from Melbourne University and is a qualified lawyer in Germany and the UK. She is married and has 3 children.

Kathleen McNally
Kathleen McNally is the Second Secretary for Development and Trade issues at the UK Mission to the United Nations and World Trade Organisation in Geneva. She studied Law and then International Law & Policy at University in Scotland, before joining the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (then DFID, now FCDO). She worked in the Procurement & Commercial Department, before studying to become a qualified Internal Auditor, spending two years in the Internal Audit Department. During this time she travelled to 16 UK overseas posts, auditing dozens of development programmes to ensure value for money, adequate risk management and optimum results. She took up her post at the UK Mission in Geneva in 2019 and has been working on development and trade issues, namely aid for trade programmes and policy.
Raphaelle Quintard
Raphaelle joined the EIF Executive Secretariat as a Country Coordination Intern in October 2020. She had previously worked as a business development intern in a global expansion consulting firm in China and as a project management intern at the Jane Goodall Institute France. Raphaelle holds a Master degree of International Business from EM Lyon Business School and East China Normal University, and a bachelor's degree in Economics-Management and Chinese language from the University of Paris Nanterre. She speaks French, English and Chinese (Mandarin).
